McDonald's worker attacked, bystanders and colleagues do nothing.

Welcome to a country where everyone carries a knife, no one can now do anything for risk of being stabbed to death.

It's a difficult one and probably down to peoples upbringings/genetic makeup. These days many people care just about themselves and as far as their own back yard. Someone said don't get hurt for nothing but it's not noting, you'd be helping a fellow human being from being harmed by a criminal.


I remember trying to get help from another member of the public a while ago. What was their response? "sorry I got to get home for my tea". I mean FFS :D. It's funny now but wasn't at the time.
Its's all well people not wanting to get harmed but they'd think differently if it was them being attacked. It's cowardly not to help others from beign harmed. I know it's not easy to do but...

i think what he is saying is that some people are more predisposed to aggression - these people would be more likely, i assume, to intervene. aggression is, i believe, a heritable trait.

Getting drunk and starting fights has been going on since alcohol was invented, but most of the time people breaking up a fight didn't have to worry about being stabbed by a complete stranger

It's about time vigilante mob justice makes a comeback. If all the Spanish guys turn around and beat down these street traders im sure they won't try this rubbish again.

I intervened in an incident with a woman getting threatened/hit by her boyfriend (turned out she was a domestic abuse victim), it was nearly a year later when I attended court as witness. I got the letter notifying me about court date about 5mths prior and it was quite a nerve wracking wait as someone who has never been to court before. I guess what I'm saying is getting involved in something like this has massive repercussions these days and that's assuming the nutters don't pull out a knife or something. I also had to spend an hour giving a statement on the day it happened.

Replace Street Traders with the African migrant scum that they are. Pack mentality, because thats how they survive, 0 - 100 with nothing in between. Its brutal.
