This is probably the best area for me to ask about this, I'm after doing an MCSE course online, can anyone recommend a company to do it through?

for 2003 incase you need to know (do the 2008 update next year sometime)

There are plenty of CDT DVDs on the bay and things. I'd get yourself a copy of the official training kit and do it from the book. Set up a test lab in VMWare (Eval CDs come in the kit) and go from there.

Can't get anything off the bay, work are paying for it, has to be a company that can pay via their usual payment options

might as well do it all officially seeing as i'm not paying for it :p there also paying for the update to 2008 after it too

Lucky you. Nobody I know does that. Its basically "must have XYZ industry qualification or we won't give you a second look". Ah well, at least the degree I've been offered incorporates several...

Anyway excuse my rambling. To answer your question, try http://www.joskos.com/mcsa.asp

You'll need to call to get an exact fee.

Online courses are surely a waste of money - get work to pay for the books, then go on the courses for any modules you're struggling with
