Me and my damn house problems

Right, hi everybody got a little problem and needing some assistance.

I live with 3 friends in our 5 bed hose which is fairly spacious each room is pretty big when we got here the boiler installed is rated at a 1 bedroom flat capacity, now where do i legally stand on getting this fixed cause our house is a joke with coldness and its costing the earth to heat it.

First of all, scour your contract for any relevant terms or clauses that might assist you in complaining.

Secondly, make the complaint, asking for a replacement.

Start by talking to the management company, dont complain until you get nowhere with reasonable adult dialogue.

CAB, I'm pretty sure they're meant to provide you with adequate heating abilities, even if they end up giving you an electric heater for each room, but you should have heating and running water as neccssities

we lived in a flat with no central heating for 16months.
if it's not 'broken' and it was (or wasn't) there when you signed the contract I'm fairly sure they will do nothing.
