    According to other articles the beach is military owned and this thing isn't uncommon

    Sir we are running out of fuel we need to moor somewhere. Put us on that beach ! But Sir there are people there and we don't own it. Once we land on the beach we will own it now take us on that beach now !

    Awesomely its nowhere near being the coolest thing the Soviet navy made, this is a Lun class Ekranoplan (ground effect plane)
