this reminds me, it's about time i made a meatloaf with potato salad, in fact I'll make a thread when i do.

edit - no reason it would taste horrible, mashed potato and meat oa, bung it in the microwave add a touch of gravy and your sorted.

why do people say it looks disgusting it's just meatloaf and mash.

It probably tastes quite nice, it's just a normal meat meal shaped into a cake. Now if that was proper icing and not mash then it would be horrible but as it stands its just meatloaf with mash.
