Chopped up Scotch Bonnets, plus a few drops of Encona hot sauce, spread over pizza. Can never get people to join me in eating something that hot for some bizarre reason....Usually add SBs and Encona to pasta sauces as well. And curries. And barbeque marinades.

I had the level 2 one at dominos, didn't think i could handle the level3...was dissapointed though as it wasn't that hot...it will have to be level3 if there is a next time, but i didn't think it was that nice anyway
