memory Overuse... Not sure what's using it?

Right, performance in task manager is showing me as using 19.9GB of ram, yet I currently have no ramdisks in place, and looking at the resource monitor, I can't see what's eating all this ram up?!?!?! Anyone got any ideas? Used RAMMAP and getting following "driver locked"

Tracked it down, mental. It was a remain of Gilisoft Ramdisk I had uninstalled, there was a service running that was still allocating 16gb ram to a ramdisk with no software... finally closed it etc and it freed up the memory. Job done. Thank god for that lol... now I know why I'm using Speed Ramdisk instead.
