Hi,
I am having a very strange issue in WIN 10. It seems as though the up key is stuck when I click into the start menu or other menus such as right clicking on Opera browser from my Taskbar.
When I click into the menu the selection seems to cycle upwards and in Start I cant really choose any options, so can use shutdown etc.
I don't believe it is my keyboard as I can use it fine in apps such as Word. I also downloaded a keyboard tester app and no keys were showing as stuck.
Any thoughts?
