Ooooo... I'm all hyped and buzzing... My mate cam round last night in his new car!..
I was sitting down watching an old episode of Top Gear (Captain Picard was blatting round the track in the Leana)... when I heard a beautiful grumble and burble...
Upon opening the front door there was my mate sitting there with the silliest biggest grin you can imagine with the engine ticking over on this...

Its not a Real GT350, but the guy in 'Boisie Idaho' who owned it since new (1966) has used exactly the same parts Shelby did to make the GT350.. so in essence it is one even down to the paint job, it just doesn't have the 'Shelby' badges...
We then proceded to go for a trundle around Swindon waiking everyone up with the 'Delecate Sound of Thunder' that the 289ci Monster made...
I've got a few more piccies (Still not that great as it was too dark) and a video of us blatting down the A419... I've just got to re-size the Vid cos its 20Mb..
He didn't even tell me he was getting it!... its taken him 6 months and using http://www.importmyvehicle.com/ to handle all the hard stuff its here!... He said he was a bit nervous buying a car from a Photo!.. Hence not telling us about it, Just incase it was a Pup!..
I'm gonna go round his in the Day and get some better shots when I can!.
