MGS HD Collection on Xbox worth playing??

Having only played MGS2 previously I did enjoy re-playing it for a nice trip down memory lane. The graphics dont look too bad with their HD-ness and the clunky controls are fine once you get used to them.
I'd not played MGS3 previously and didnt like it so much but think it was down to personal preference of not liking the jungle setting particularly. To me it was kind of bland graphically obviously due to hardware limtiations at the time. I did like the bond-esque use of theme song and over all enjoyed the story and the game.
I didnt bother with peace walker. It sounds interesting with more mission based gameplay but from what I gather its a lot of repetitiveness if you want to get achievements and things and I think Im Metal Gear Solid-ed out playing the other 2 games. Plus the graphics are obviously even worse being a psp port...

I'm a massive MGS fan, but I didn't put much time in on Peace Walker. It's a very different style of game to the normal MGS titles (understandable given it's PSP origins), and the storyline doesn't seem to really tie-in at all with the MGS 1-4 storyline so it didn't really seem worth bothering with.
