I Bought a new Computer just before christmas with Windows XP home OEM as the Operating Software. I got a Vista Upgrade Card with it. Can i buy this Upgrade Edition and install it over my copy of XP. Also does the retail mean that i would need my XP home OEM cd to install Vista when i upgrade my computer next time.

ive got my upgrade card, ive got my windows xp sticker with xp, but i cant see a black bit with vista on it.

Nah, you can upgrade from any version, infact, i've completely forgot what the difference between upgrade and full retail is. :S

Lol Trying to Confuse me there so if i purchase Home Premium Upgrade Retail i can just use the Redemption form number i have on the Upgrade Card

It says "Upgrade Redemption form for Upgrade Version of Windows Vista Home Basic or Windows Vista Home Premium. the only way i can get the upgrade from the voucher is if i go to some company based in Holland.

The only details there are is a website where u can order it, or a mailing address, but they only supply the OEM 32 Bit Home Premium, so cant i just use the number on the form with the Retail Upgrade version

Windows Vista Home Basic 32-bit DVD English GBP 26.23
Windows Vista Home Premium 32-bit DVD English GBP 42.29

well thats what the prices they are saying.

When i put in my details it says it cant validate my Form Number.

And ive found out that others who have purchased from the same company as me have been having the same problems
