Microwaved Burgers

Microwave meal's are a lot tastier than the microwave burgers though.

This is a good rule here, many decent microwave meals around! Not any more difficult but may take longer to "cook", can even get a roast dinner one and they arn't too bad!

Iceland "takeway" stuff is not at all bad for £1.50-£2. They do Chinese, Indian, British and European stuff, so there's stuff like beef in ale as well as stuff like beef madras.

I mean seriously... how hard is it to cook a wholesome decent snack for people?! It's not! I just don't get this laziness, and I don't get why people don't know more about nutrition and food. :(

They're disgusting. Everyone knows they're disgusting. But it's a trade off between taste and having something cooked in 60 seconds, and sometimes you're just that damn hungry :p

Sorry, but at 3am during a drinking and gaming session I'd rather stick a Rustlers in the microwave than faff about making something.

No need to apologies, but it's your call to drink and make yourself into that state. It's just not my thing at all. I believe that **** in is bad for you and not only do I believe it I know it categorically. But hey, it's your life your body, no thanks!

Tesco micromeals are becoming overpriced. For example, I had a look at their "classic" lamb rogan josh today. I like lamb rogan josh. The Tesco one was £2.98 for a very small portion, less than half a takeway portion, maybe a third of one. So it's actually worse value for money than a takeaway lamb rogan josh, which I can have delivered to my door for £5.20. Microwavable ready meals should be cheaper than having a takeaway delivered.

Out of interest, is it forbidden to mention Tesco in these forums? Tesco sell PCs, so they could be considered a competitor.
