You are another victim of the ryzen hype train. Expect to see many people ditching ryzen in October.

Don't feel too bad, I brought into it too. Each new bios breaks something else somehow.

Using windows anniversary update build 1607 helped a bit but its still very hit and miss performance.

Everything seems fine now.... like, absolutely perfect.

WTF? The mind boggles.

Only made a few changes:
+ Ryzen balanced power plan to performance plan
+ disabled superfetch
+ something else I can't remember...

I am confused

Glad its working, word of advice - dont update the bios unless you are having issues.
They seem to break more than they fix in my experience.

Superfetch tends to interfere rather than help with demanding , intensive games like bf1. It is not a fault but just how it works. Changing to the performance plan likely helped as well.
