Mileage discrepancy from VOSA incorrect ?

Bought a car however noticed its got a mileage discrepancy on it. Now im fairly positive this is incorrect as all service and MOT certificates line up and the discrepancy doesn't make any sense, Bought the car in june and the discrepancy is for January this year. Mileage went down to 20k and then back up couple of months later when it was MOT. I strongly think this is by a dealer pressing the wrong digit as they do. Just after insight as to why it comes under vosa?

Anyone shed some light if this looks genuine? ive included a picture. Like I said all the other documentation adds up

Looks like the entirely wrong mileage rather than chubby fingers. It's what's officially recorded so unfortunately your S.O.O.L.

I always check that the mileage entry is correct after an MOT. I recall reading somewhere that a test centre has a window in which they can correct it if it's wrong - I don't think it's long though. Anyway, as everything else lines up - I would not worry about it.

I had it once once on my celica, I.left my trip computer on my speedo cluster which overlayed the odo..

The garage used the trip reading and I didn't realise until it was too late so there was a random drop in the mileage for one mot...
