Its not a game.

If anything its a chore, but very satisfying when you finish, same feeling you get after building a pc and looking at your masterpiece.

Minecraft is great at helping to spot shallow people.

It's one of the most addictive and fun games out there today, but the kiddies won't touch it because it doesn't have next-gen graphics.

I keep hearing about this game so I checked out the website and wtf?? This looks total rubbish, like something I would play on my 386 when I was 8.

Says on wiki they sold 300,000 copies?? A guy made 3,000,000 euros of this???

Is it anymore than some trendy internet meme thing? EXPLAIN.

ironically it would not run on a 386, it struggles to run on old Pentium 4/AGP setups unless the fog setting is on

minecraft is a sport! (if you don't have the WoM client to fly about)

its the ONLY game i have ever played were hacking is 'good'

This. It's awesome that a game with such basic graphics has become hugely popular. Hopefully game developers will get take note and stop putting graphics first.
