Changes the throttle response and I beleive on these also the steering feel.

Like what!? I mean obviously you wouldn't buy a smashed up set but what else could be wrong with them other than what's obvious already?

Alloys could be buckled, slow punctures, anything really if they are second hand.

Well ofcourse you would check them, but a slightly buckled wheel isnt something you can spot straight away is it?

Well its a dfferent story when buying a second handcar.
Obviously if you test drove it and found the wheels to be buckled then you would change them right?
Thats why if i was to go buy some alloys, id buy them brand new. For the few extra notes it would cost buying new, saves the hastle and problems trying to fix a dodgy second hand set.
