I know a number of people here either live or work within the area covered by the Stoke-on-Trent telephone directory. A new edition was published very recently, and I received mine yesterday. It had a number of pages in the residential section printed out of sequence. Although most copies are correct, a whole batch was printed incorrectly and has been issued.
They are having to make a reprint to replace the faulty ones, but they are only planning to send them out to people who report that their's is faulty.
You can easily find out if you have a faulty one by looking near the back. Among the many mis-sequenced pages, pages 753-756 precede pages 749-752. If you do have a faulty one, you can report it and order a corrected copy by calling 0800 833 400. You may find yourself in a long queue, as they are being inundated with requests.
