Missed call

Got a missed call on my phone from an 0794 number. Is that a mobile number? And what network is it?

Hate not knowing who has been phoning

Its from a mobile but theres no way to tell which network afaik because the numbers are issued out to all networks not just specific ones, for example im 0778 vodafone but there are 0778's on other networks, and also that person could have changed networks, (ported the number), best idea is to call em back and ask.
