Mixing drives in a RAID?

I have a RAID 0 +1 with 4 x 250 GB Seagate models ST3250820AS, I can't find any of these models online, lots of Seagate 250GB drives but mostly later models.

Can I get any old 250GB Seagate and use in the RAID 0+1? or should I try and get refurb ST3250820AS.
