It's my upgrade date with Carphone Warehouse O2 and they've basically offered my nothing worth taking and wont budge.

I'm after a Samsung Omnia and have found it on Mobilephonesdirect for £35 ppm with 700mins unlimited texts and free internet plus £50 cashback.

So my question is, are mobilephonesdirect reliable?

Also I can have it on T-mobile or Vodafone with the £50 cashback being the only real difference between the two (T-Mobile has the £50 cashback). Which network is the best and why with reception being my main concern? (this is probably a more personal and less clear cut question!)

Thanks in advance

T-Mobile have always been good for me, I won't be leaving them depending on the phone and package the offer of course.

I used them to get my N96, thoroughly recommended. If you search back through my posts you see I recommend them quite a bit. Very fast service, had to deal with them on the phone a couple of times and were very nice chaps!

I used them about 3 years ago for my first contract phone (K750) and had no problems, except I did have to ring them up about my cashback befre my cheque was sent, not sure if I believe their excuse or not, but I would still use them again.:)

vodafone tend to be one of the better for reception but as with all networks, it varies

try asking O2 for a PAC code, they might be able to throw a few deals at you if they think you want to leave.
Also, if you can stand waiting a bit longer, try upgrading in January.
Some networks have gone over their budget for upgrades and are charging people to upgrade now before Jan. CPW O2 aren't charging yet but their deals might be a bit better then if their department budgets are organised then

I've used them before, bought a couple of phones from them before, also had to send a couple of N80s back a couple of years ago because they were faulty. They were fine about it and prompty sent replacements :)
