I've decided on a 4400+ 1MB+1MB but would appreciate some advice on the mobo and memory. I'm not a big gamer but I do have a reasonable graphics card and sound card, as well a TV card and a lot of USB devices. I mainly use it for bulk processing AVI files into DVD format, I have another PC acting as a server.
I'd like a good overclocker, preferably not too techy to OC, menu-driven would be nice. And what RAM would be good with the chosen board once the CPU is OC'd?
Thanks in advance!

have a luck at the dfi mobos, they do have a lot of overclocking stuff and can get complicated but well worth the effort from what ive seen, memory wise gskill seems to be doing well at the moment.
