Mobo problems ?

hey.. getting some error popups atm that i think are being caused by my mobo so posted in this section...

first off getting Overclk - Cannot create system shell notification icon.
then i get BIOS ERROR - item 0x01060001 (CPU Ratio) reports unreasonable value : 3 ... the 2nd message gets spammed quite a bit... any ideas ?

EDIT: these popups dont come up if i restart the pc either..
