just found this on a competitors website:- ( Gigabyte GA-M59SLI-S5, nForce 590, Socket 939, DDR2 800, Gigabit Lan, eSATA2, iEEE, 8CH Snd)

when you look at the info about this mobo,it says its windows vista ready?

had a look on gigabytes website, found nothin about it?

could this be 1 of the first next gen boards :)

It looks like a Socket M2 board, or they've just gone bonkers :S

Nforce 590 is for socket M2, so is DDR2, its not a S939 board.

Gigabyte's GA-MXE-S4 uses Nforce 570.

Gigabyte's GA-MXE-S5 must be the high end SLI revision using Nforce 590.
