I was in La Defense in Paris a few weeks ago. I don't think I spotted a single guy wearing a tie.

yes, stuffed not folded (but not daily by any means, I work from home a lot so one day it's working in my pants to the next pin striped up and ready for action!)

I have one I got a few years back and love to wear it when I can though work isn't really appropriate for it.
Afraid to say I do wear a tie clip but that is for practicality as much as anything when leaning over servers etc.
I also have a pair of expandable arm bands that were left to me but I have never plucked up the courage to use them. Would be useful though as all long sleeve shirts are way too long for me

I hate having to dress up for work, wtf should I not be able to wear what I like. I'm not client facing so why should it matter. /rant
err excel in your work?
Not daily, but I'll wear one when I wear a blazer.
(Office attire is smart casual)
If you want to go all out, add a cravat into the mix instead of a tie.
