Mondays

Monday are crap. I have always hated them, even when i didnt work. I have worked out that with my holiday allowance (25 days) I can take 6 months worth of mondays off!

A 4 day week for half a year would be brilliant

Has anyone every done this or something similar?

I did it was called nightshift worked 4 nights per week stopped fri morning started monday night. It was great.

3 day weekends would be nice. However after the 6 months is up not only will you have to work Mondays but also you'll have to have a regular weekend like everyone else

Anyway, if you did this Tuesday would become the new Monday.

I do 4 shifts 4.30pm to 1.30am ,its great having a 3.5 day weekend

,used to do 3 12hr shifts that was even better!

In my first IT job I took off 13 Mondays and Fridays in a row.

Then I just used flexitime to build up more days off for Christmas etc

Back then, I was borderline alcoholic :/

I only get 2 weeks time off a year.

you must not work full time then. I thought by law everyone who works full time is entitled to 20 days (or 21?)
