More problems....now its the sound

I can't get stereo sound to work on my setup

IP-35 Pro - using onboard sound

Using the green jack and 3.5mm to 2 phono cable connected to a stereo setup.

Cable is fine, speakers are fine, I tested on another pc.

Im using Vista x64 with R.1.98 drivers (newest ones)

Basically Right hand speaker sound are not coming out

Any ideas?? Its a driver problem obviously

Probably sounds silly, but it hasn't just shifted all the sound to one speaker by any chance? Should be able to check the sound options to get the levels.

Yup volume is levelled between two channels equally.

I have no elimated everything but that port itself. It appears to have broken somehow. Weird

If i plug them into black slot and enable quadraphonic, both speakers work. I've managed to get stereo working by enabling "speaker Fill" option to double channels

ridiculous, i have had nothing but problems with this motherboard.

Not sure whether to get new speakers or a sound card now
