If your memory is stable then i would introduce your clock with default memory related voltages - certainly leave the timings at recommended spec.
If you start getting problems at your desired clock and can't get it stable with vCore etc then i would look at upping the MCH (NB voltage) an increment or two.
4GHz may be a bit ambitious with 4 sticks - but 3.6Ghz will hopefully not be an issue.
