Morris Minor + S13 =

I've seen one with a Rover V8 in, not much bodywork is needed for that, just huge wheels to hide the large disc brakes needed :)
 
Was quite surreal reading that thread. First of all they mentioned the Lotus intercompany karting event that's organised by the motorclub here. Normally I'd have been at that event too but I couldn't afford it this month. Then I spotted a mk1 MR2 in someones sig and noticed they were in Norwich - I'm pretty sure it's a guy from IMOC I was PMing last night to try and get him to the local meet next weekend. It's a small world and all that.

Oh and the Minor is pretty cool too :p
 
Theres quite a few decent projects on sxoc. Theres that s13 moggie minor, an s13 with an RB25DETT (yep a twin turbo RB25), an Aussie with a drag racing CA18 engined Mk1 Cortina and a Caterham with an SR20 and an s13 engined Anglia.
 
my mother had one of these years back, with a godawful un-synchroed 4 speed box and about 1/2 bhp.

It was a proper flintstones mobile, wrong step on the floor and your foot went straight down into the road :D

Nothing wrong with the Morris Minor!! ;)
We've had them in the family for years, in fact I'm the only member of my family not to have owned one (lucky for me), and my dad has organised the MMOC overseas trip for the last 6 years :). I've seen several modded minors, one very nicely done with a 2 litre engine in, was pretty quick :). This one looks a bit special though.
