Hi Guys,

Recently my friend has broke his motherboard so he is in need of a new one, he rammed something in the USB port or something.

His specs are:

8800GTS
4GB ram (800mhz (?)
Intel C2D socket 775 3ghz (Older one)
2 Sata HDD's

The old motherboard he had was an Asus P5N32-E SLi plus

So yeah, basically need some advice on choosing him a new motherboard. I thought the http://www.overclockers.co.uk/showproduct.php?prodid=MB-293-AS would be ok for him, but would like a second opinion.

He doesn't mind about not having an SLI motherboard, but it would be a bonus.

Cheers

The main 24pin power connector is poorly situated on those low end asus boards (its right in middle of board, Id look at the gigabytes personally, the DS3L can be had for about £80
