Bought a motherboard (Asus P5G41-M G41 Socket 775) from an online shop. It appears to be faulty so needs to go back but who should it go back to? It was bought on the 20/10/2010 (roughly 75 days ago).
Defo the retailer especially if you have receipt there should not be any problems with a straight swap or if your lucky a newer model at the same price you paid.
Retailer. Best of luck with the rma, I'd be interested in hearing how long it takes to resolve. Hopefully it's a decent enough shop to swap the boards over rather than wait for Asus to send yours back.
