motherboard for NON gamer please

what motherboard should I get seeing as I won't be a gamer ever LOL I'd like it to be able to support HD if thats necessary cos my graphics card does but other than that and wanting sataII compatibility I have no idea what to do! thank you muchly.

Have you got a budget in mind, and will you be overclocking?

no overclocking and perhaps £120 absolute max but obviously the cheaper the better as long as it will perform to my needs which is literally just photoshop, lightroom and similar.

If not overclocking then something like the ASUS P5N-E SLi or the Abit IP35-E would suit you fine.

If you need more than four SATAII ports then the Gigabyte P35C DS3R would do the job.

thanks!! I think I'll go for the p35c one 'cos do like the idea of extra sata ports for more hard drives for the photog work, cheers!
