Hi, i am having a problem and was wondering if anybody could shed some light on the matter, or advice?

Motherboard - Supermicro X7DB8-X

The fault is as described below,

Brand new board, had it for just over 24 hours, first used it today. Was running fine for 30 mins, restarted it multiple times to configure bios settings etc, CPU temperatures were normal.

Went to sort out an installation CD for the Operating system, when it restarted on its own, now it will not post, Just powers up, and i get the fan failure light flashing on case when CPU fan is running normal, and the hard drive light permanently on.

board removed from case to eliminate shorting out, CMOS reset using 2 pads on motherboard, everything unplugged, no beep codes, As i have 2 processors, which are Xeon 45nm Quad Core, 1333 mHZ FSB 2.88Ghz, 12mb Cache, i first tried removing 1, and leaving CPU1 in, would not post, so i removed CPU1 and swapped it with the 2nd CPU i had to hand.. it still would not post... tried removing the RAM, trying 1 Ram stick then swapping it, still not posting. Chances of both processors failing at the same time are small, and same with both RAM sticks, power supply powers up, which just leaves the motherboard to fault as everything else is unplugged, anybody have any sugestions or advice? Thanks
