Just got a fright reading another thread saying that using the wrong screws can fry your board ? is that true ? Half of the screws im using to mount my motherboard arent the ones that came with the case and havent got washers to seperate the metal on the screw and motherboard mounting holes. Do i run the risk of frying my board ?! Ive been running it like this for afew weeks now.

So long as the screws are not to big and are larger than the protected area around each hole then there is absolutely zero risk of this happening.

Ah yes, thanks. Ive just this minute checked, the screw heads do not go outside of the circular metal plate around each hole. * wipes sweat of forehead *

p.s thanks for the quick reply, didnt think anyone else stayed up this late :)
