Aye, but they were saying it was probably the front letting him down because he was taking the turns really slow eventually, as though he had no confidence in the grip.
Nasty crash too, the Kwak rider really took a hard knock to the coxix and head...

Rossi lost his tyres after 10-11 laps, then completely lost them a lap or two later. His own words were "it was scary". Hayden was the onlu michellin runner anywhere near, I think this is more to do with the fact he wasn't pushing anywhere near as hard as rossi to be honest, the michellins were poo poo this weekend, and they need to sort it out fast. For me, controll tyres make the racing better, without a doubt there would have been a rossi/elias/stoner battle had they all been on bridgestones, I think the controll tyre is what makes WSB so great to watch.
Even rossi can't beat someone when they have a tyre and he dosent!
Great race though, Elias was a nutter and a bit stupid TBH, probably made rossi use his tyres earlier than he hoped, if he had any sense he would have let rossi tow him up to stoner, rossi would have got there just before his tyre poo'd itself, then elias would have won. Instead he let stoner get away whilst battling with rossi, then stoner was too far away!
Unless yamaha/honda/suzuki find some speed stoner/capirossi will walk the next race, 210mph straight!
The 125/250's were amazing races as always!

I watched this on sunday and it was good race, MotoGp is always better than F1 to watch.
By the way cheers oaksey i never got to watch the end of the race and findout what happened to Rossi in the end. The control tyre situation does make for more interesting results.
