I would assume that Tech 3 would be pretty upset at one of their riders being poached for 4 races. Unless theres a decent compensation package of course

You would think that Lorenzo has it now , even this early in the season. Stranger things have happened and he's not averse to the odd big highside either
Stoner's head and heart just isn't in it and the word is he's off to Honda anyway so count him out.
Pedrosa is never up for a fight and you always have doubts over his ability physically to last a race distance.
Its already been intimated that Rossi won't race in MotoGP again as he has nothing to prove and will start his own team , where this comes from god only knows

Spies can't ride a factory race bike due to the 'no rookie' rule.
Basically if its your first year in MotoGP you aren't allowed to ride a full factory bike.
So either a japanese test rider or Edwards is the latest rumour.
Its a new rule for this season.
In 2010, no rider eligible for Rookie of the Year will be allowed to go straight to a factory team.
Instead, they will have to go to a private or satellite team for at least one year, after which they will be eligible to join a factory team.
