Just a quick reminder folks that the race for this GP starts today. Will Rossi make another climb up the leader board with a win today? Look out for Casey Stoner too and as usual Mr Capirossi will no doubt be in the front mix somewhere ;)
This should be a good un :D

They're all excellent races to watch, not just because I am a bike fan, put purely the level of superb competition that goes on, makes for far more interesting viewing than any other racing on the planet!

They don't centre on the pit girls enough.

Plenty of time to look at bikes and riders once we're racing.

Phew. Just turned on. I always turn on with only 5 laps to go, usually.

Suzi is looking especially hot today and I agree with gilly on his point.

Very. Looks like someone is hurt. Couldn't see who it was. Marco Melandri?

[edit]Bah, ninja edit :p

That was mental!

Why exactly did he flip forward?
I'm not exactly up on my bikes, but I imagine it'd be something like:

hard on the brakes, weight transfers to the front of the bike, clip another bike and even more momentum is transferred to the front. Wheel locks and over you go.

Gibernau's (I think) front brake lever hit the rear of Capirossi's (again not sure) bike, thus flipped.

Yep, think that's exactly it. The way he landed on his neck made me feel awful. Helmets look surprisingly well intact

Aye horrible crash Sete literally landed on his head  Marcos accident looked far more innocuous but I think the bike may have rolled on him when they hit the gravel :(

Hope everyones ok not seen anything like that in moto GP since i've been watching it.
