Motorbike instructors in London?

Can anyone recommend any motobike instructors in London. I am considering doing my DAS, but I have heard that the teaching standards and prices can vary quite widely.

Where in London are you as there are loads.

I am in Deptford, South East London.

On a side not, what tends to be the timescale for this, i.e. from when you decide to go for the DAS to when you have your license. I know it might vary depending on availability, but just very generally?
