Motorola G8 Power Adapter

Tried to charge my G8 Power this morning using the supplied charging plug but it wouldn’t charge. Plugged it into the USB port of my computer and it charged fine.

So then I used my iPad wall charger and it charged fine too. Bit peed off supplied charger is knackered

Well it appears the problem is with the euro to UK power adapter and not the Motorola adapter itself. For some reason my phone came with a euro plug so I used a UK shaver plug to plug it into UK mains.

When I tried charging my electric shaver using the euro to UK power adapter it was dead also, might just be the fuse in the plug but am relieved it’s not the Motorola adapter.

Well just to confirm I plugged the Motorola adapter into the shaver plug socket in my bathroom and it began charging. So it’s definitely the euro to uk plug adapter at fault.
