He loves to drift everywhere, If it understeers he is gonna hate it. I'd take his view with a pinch of salt but I don't think there can be any doubt that BMW is a cracking bit of kit.

10k isn't to be sniffed at.

On pure driving ability it looks like the BMW wins. Unfortunately it's ugly, but I guess you can't see that from behind the wheel.

It was a press car with fripperies like folding mirrors and extra multimedia guff. Has no bearing on how it drives.
