Electric isn't new:

Nope, it really isn't.

English inventor Thomas Parker, who was responsible for innovations such as electrifying the London Underground, overhead tramways in Liverpool and Birmingham, and the smokeless fuel coalite, built the first production electric car in London in 1884, using his own specially designed high-capacity rechargeable batteries.[15] Parker's long-held interest in the construction of more fuel-efficient vehicles led him to experiment with electric vehicles. He also may have been concerned about the malign effects smoke and pollution were having in London.[16]

By the looks of things, they probably did :D

Anywho, this.... erm... "jeep".

Stock V6, stock gearbox just fiddled with to be able to drive the silly tyres, stock brakes that seem way too small now, stock interior which has a smaller steering wheel because they blew the airbag on the original one, chopped 4" which means that the windows don't wind down any more, red windows to give everything in your field of view a nice red tint to it and a straight through exhaust.

Opinions? I commend the guy for doing this and it certainly stands out, but I just can't think why. Most show cars have some credibility of sorts, but this just comes across as a ruined Jeep.

Dunno. This fence is hurting my bum.

Credit to the guy who made it though, he reminds me of when I got my first Lego set :D

Thought I'd share this. Few friends and associates went to Spa at the weekend and took some serious metal for a run. Don't know the lad in the La, but mate is in front in the 918, first time out ever on track in his 918 though not his first time on track. Enjoy and let this once and for all put to bed the 18 year old Corsa drivers who think they would do a better job if they had the car. Got to admire them for taking out 1000bhp cars on a wet Spa!!
