Mountain Makalu 67 Mouse driving me crazy - help please?

Makalu 67 issue

So, the Makalu 67 is perfect in hand, love it.



But both I have had have become unresponsive shortly after a firmware upgrade. Mountain support sent me a reflash tool to no avail.



That aside in the software I cant seem to set custom DPI increments.



It is to be frank , driving me nuts, as the shape and feel is perfect. Am I unlucky having had 2 faulty ones or is there something I am doing wrong? I will role the dice one last time maybe.



Also, could my system be causing the problem. I dont have a problem with anything I cam currently using, latest being a Model D.

So, with it being such a perfect size and shape for me I rolled the dice on a third and it works perfectly. Just unlucky I guess.

I wont lie this mouse has come the closest to being my endgame mouse now, its superb
