Hello all!
I installed Windows 7 on friday without a hitch, apart from a Bootmgr issue which meant that I couldn't reboot after power off, fixed now though, thanks google!
My annoyance to do with my mouse. I have a MX518 Logitech mouse and I can pyscially see it the cursor move from pixel to pixel (like it jumps from one pixel to another), so for example diagonals look like the cursor is following small straight lines. This becomes really, really obvious in FPS's. I play a lot of TF2 and whilst the game runs like a dream in W7 any small incremental mouse movements "jump" between pixles, so sniping is practically impossible.
I did the usual install things like turned off mouse acceleration and installed the latest compatable Logitech setpoint software suit for Windows 7.
I've messed around with any other mouse settings I can think of but I cannot get a nice smooth scrolling pointer. Oh, I had no such issues in Vista.
Any ideas oh wise ones?
Thanks,
Tapeloop
