Movie Maker broken since SP1?

Anyone else finding that movie maker is broken since the update? Tried reinstalling, and setting compatability to vista and 7 initital version and it just refuses to load.

Dunno whats up, i just get the little ring for a couple of seconds like its loading and it doesn't load =/

hmm well i'm running 64 bit windows 7 HP and its fine? interesting though and google doesn't show much in the way of problems

erm, didnt realise SP 1 was even available, i must have unclicked the update the other week when i was notified, ,

i doubt there are many changes then? just the inability to run windows programs

it's part of windows live essentials 2011 which is an optional download. you'll find it under "start>all programs>accessories>getting started". (or via google )

I don't like windows live stuff, it runs in the background. I've used the standalone 1 with no problem though.

Now its just started to work again...wtf.

I swear since sp1 my pc has been acting a little weird, ie windows freezing up for no reason, longer boot times.

Mine is working again now LOL. I changed from onboard sound to a Xonar D2 and also changed my anti-virus to MSE. Tried Movie maker just now and it works so go figure
