For me it's The Replacements - it's not even a particularly good film in many ways, it stars Keanu Reeves for a start who has the emotional range of a watermelon although without the depth but it's funny, it's stupid and I always enjoy it.

I agree. The film is magical.

I have said before that this is as CLOSE as it comes to a perfect movie in its genre as it could ever get. The idea to its execution is flawless.
