Hi guys,

I've had a C300 64GB HDD for some time now, and it's quite snappy. :) I like it a lot. I use it for my OS drive.

However, I read on the Crucial forums recently that the Marvell 9128 port that I have it plugged into on my Gigabyte UD3R motherboard doesn't support TRIM.

My first thought was to plug the SSD into the Intel controller, which does. However, when I move it across, my system won't boot. It gives me a "drive inaccessible" error when I try.

All of my controllers are configured to AHCI and everything works just fine, but for some reason when I move the SSD from the Marvell controller to the Intel one, it crashes.

Any thoughts?
