I'm moving out on sunday and have tried to contact my landlord by texting him a couple of times over xmas. I then left it and tried to ring a couple of weeks ago.

His mobile goes straight to answer machine and home phone is now some business number (graphics i think it was)

I owe him 4 months rent and money for bills totalling about about £600. So around £1750. Havent see or heard from since the last time he picked up a couple of cheques over 4 months ago.

I do have an address for him, so should i

-Post a letter to him telling him to ring me as i have tried to contact him a number of times but have had no reply and i have moved out and money is waiting

-Wait for him to contact me

-Leave cheques for him in the house

-Post cheques to his address

-Post a letter to him telling him to ring me as i have tried to contact him a number of times but have had no reply and i have moved out and money is waiting
