Moving to Netherlands in a Few Months

Ill be moving to The Nethlands for a Month in summer......

What i want to know, is do a lot of dutch speak german, as that my native language,

Would it be worth me buying a car to use overthere,

Also input any of your experiences of the country

I thought the dutch can speak abit of German

Anyway, i plan on staying with a lady in eindhoven, any other suggestions?
