MR2 NA Exhaust Manifold Gasket

Had a quick search on mr2oc but it seems to be mostly turbo related stuff.
Any ideas how hard these are to change/parts needed etc?

i believe McBain has just had this done recently on his. iirc was only about £30 inc labour and parts? ill point him to this thread.

the exhaust side is against the bulkhead, if its a mk2, they all blew out their 10th birthday candles a long time ago, so that manifold will be pretty well stuck on... it wont be a 20 minute job, but everything is doable

I'm hoping it's just a plusgas the hell out of it and unbolt, pop new gasket it, do it back up. I can dream.
