MSFS 2020 PC build advice

Budget is around £3k. I've got 2 options.

Micro-ATX build:

• Corsair Carbide 88R
• ASUS ROG STRIX Z490-G GAMING
• Intel Core i9 10900K professionally overclocked
• Corsair Hydro Series H100x
• 32GB Corsair DDR4 Vengeance LPX Black (3200)
• Nvidia 3090 (either Asus Strix OC, EVGA FTW3 Ultra, Gigabyte Aorus Master or Gigabyte Aorus Extreme).
• Corsair RM850X
• Samsung 970 Pro 512GB M.2

Or a full ATX build which is slightly more expensive:

• Corsair 4000D Black
• ASUS MAXIMUS XII FORMULA
• Intel Core i9 10900K professionally overclocked
  
• Corsair Hydro H150i RGB PRO XT - 360mm Liquid Cooler
• 32GB Corsair DDR4 Vengeance LPX Black (3200)
• Nvidia 3090 (either Asus Strix OC, EVGA FTW3 Ultra, Gigabyte Aorus Master or Gigabyte Aorus Extreme).
• Corsair RM850X
• Samsung 970 Pro 512GB M.2

with a 3090 I would recommend a 1000w PSU especially with you overclocking it and CPU, I would also think about 1Tb NVME instead of 512Gb, 512Gb fills up very quickly.
