MSI 2080TI Trio Fans Not Kicking In

MSI trio RTX cards across the board have severe bugs in the fans do not always kick in when expected. I RMAed my RTX2080 Trio as got fed up with keep checking the temps went for a dual fan MSI RTX instead & used MSI afterburner to control the fans.
